1. A pulse laser device, comprising:
a laser generator configured to generate pulse signals, a standby signal, and a seed laser signal which includes the pulse signals and the standby signal; and an optical amplifier configured to amplify the seed laser signal, wherein the laser generator is configured to generate the standby signal to consume energy of the optical amplifier in a time period between the pulse signals, wherein when the pulse laser device is operated in a burst mode, the standby signal is generated during a time period exceeding a reference time period, and wherein when the pulse laser device is operated in a variable burst mode, an intensity of the amplified signal may be controlled by the generation time of the standby signal. |
