The subject-matter of this Specification is identical with that described in Specification 1, 235, 555 but the claims are concerned with a numerical positioning control system for a machine tool comprising a stored programme digital computer having a memory containing a stored programme for controlling the computer in response to input machine control instructions to calculate corresponding digital control data for actuating a numerical control device of a machine tool, the system having a direct on-line connection between the computer and a movement control circuit of the numerical control device for the transmission of the calculated digital control data directly to the numerical control device without any intermediate storage thereof.</p> |
