PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock with solar cell by reducing the number of parts for composition the clock, reducing manufacturing costs, an improving cosmetic design while hardly increasing an entire thickness. SOLUTION: In a solar cell 7, a member 6 for cover is used as a substrate. A first electrode layer 7 with light transmission property, a (p) layer 72, an (i) layer 73, and an (n) layer 74 that are made of an amorphous semiconductor, and a second electrode layer 75 with a light transmission property are successively laminated by the sputter method and the plasma CVD method. In the integrated or laminated amorphous solar cell structure, light transmission property is achieved by adjusting the material and film thickness of each electrode layer and the amorphous semiconductor layer. |
