The invention relates to a facility for using wind energy consisting of at least one tower, a propeller and a machine house, wherein the tower (1) is embodied in the shape of a double-armed lever that is fixed by the bolt (9) to the rotating sleeve (11) of the support (2) connected to the base (3), wherein a propeller (5) is mounted on the longer arm (4) of the double-armed lever and the machine house (7) is located on the shorter arm (6) of the double-armed lever. At least one damping and lifting unit (8) is mounted between the tower (1) and the rotating sleeve (11). In a preferred embodiment, the facility consists of two interconnected towers (1, 1'). According to the invention, such a facility provides the advantage that excessive gusts are eliminated in the direction of the wind by the partially lowered tower (1) and in thathe tower (1) returns to the initial position once the wind force diminishes. |
