Paper pulp is regenerated from waste paper. The waste paper and water are put into a pulper and a reaction mixt. soln. is added. This reation mixt. is composed of sodium hydroxide 3.97 %, formaldehyde 0.2 %, talc 1 - 2 %, sodium silicic acid 2.0 %, a surface activating agent 0.2 %, toluene 0.67 %, calcium carbonate 0.67 %, hydroperoxide 0.5 %. The produced paper is stiffer and has more bulk.
