PURPOSE:To realize an inexpensive differential pressure transmitter, by parallelly moving a connection block corresponding to difference pressure and parallelly displacing the moving electrode support member connected to the connection block to change the interval between a moving electrode and a fixed electrode. CONSTITUTION:When measuring pressure is applied to a pressure-sensitive element 23, the moving electrode support member 25 connected to a connection block parallelly displaces corresponding to a differential pressure to change the intervals between moving electrodes 252, 253 and fixed electrodes 262, 263 and the capacity between electrodes changes differentially. The electric signal corresponding to difference pressure is obtained by said change in capacity. Therefore, a static pressure span variation characteristic, a high input voltage resistance characteristic and a float capacity characteristic are well and the facilitation of the hole processing of a main body and the reduction of the seal liquid in the main body are attained and an inexpensive differential pressure transmitter easy to assemble and having a good temp. characteristic can be realized.
