The tripping plunger (37) is shiftable between an arresting and tripping position. A piston (15) of the spring (10) is joined to one housing section (19) of the actuator by an outer (10) and inner thread (17) so that the plunger protrudes into the housing section. A ball (38) in the first housing section contacts the bottom of the plunger. Under the first section is a second housing section (20). Part (23) of an actuating lever has recesses (25,25') of different depths pivotally mounted in a cylindrical bore (22) in the second housing section.
