PURPOSE:To speed up operation without causing the steady increase of power consumption by composing an output part of first-polarity first and second transistors and a second-polarity third transistor. CONSTITUTION:An output part 30 is equipped with n-p-n transistor 31 and 32, a diode composed of a p-n junction diode, etc., a constant current source 34 and a p-n-p transistor 35. When a signal Vin1 changes from low-level to high-level, a load capacity is charged rapidly with the large collector current of a transistor 32 in an ON state and a terminal voltage Vout of the load capacity 20 rises quickly. On the other hand, when the signal Vin1 changes from high-level to low-level, the load capacity 20 is discharged to an earth through the transistor 35. At the time of the discharge, the load capacity 20 is discharged of a large current into which the current of the constant current source 34 is amplified by the p-n-p transistor 35 and therefore, the terminal voltage Vout of the load capacity falls quickly in the same way as the time of the rise. Thus, the operation can be speeded up without causing the steady increase of power consumption. |
