<p>PURPOSE:To perform appropriate exposure and to accomplish very satisfactory flash photographing especially even in a camera in which accurate dimming is required by selectively changing a flash light emitting time corresponding to the photographing condition of the background, etc., of a main object at the time of flash photographing. CONSTITUTION:In a flash photographing mode, a previously set stop value is set at the time of turning on a 2nd release switch SW2 and the 1st blind of a shutter 3 is triggered to travel. When the shutter goes in a full open state after a time T1 passes since the travelling of the 1st blind, a flashing device 12 is made to emit light. After starting the light emission of the flashing device 12, an AE/EF sensor 13 acts as a dimming sensor, receives reflected light from the object and starts the integration of the reflected light. When the level of the integration of the reflected light reaches a specified value, the flash light emission is stopped and the trigger of a 2nd blind is performed to make the shutter in a totally closed state after a time T2 passes since the trigger of the 1st blind is performed. Thus, even in the camera in which accurate dimming is required, the flash photographing can be appropriately performed in a photographic scene where the back is omitted.</p> |
