<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject unbond worked twisted wire having low frictional resistance and high corrosion resistance, by applying a coating layer to a twisted PC steel wire using fluidized bed dip coating process, etc., applying a thin layer of an oil or fat to the surface and covering the surface with a thin vinyl coating film, etc., e.g., by extrusion coating. CONSTITUTION:Twisted PC steel wire 1 unwound from an unwinder 8 is threaded, heated in a heating furnace 9, a surface-coated with a coating layer 7 by welding a powder paint on the surface with a fluidized bed dipping tank or an electrostatic powder coating tank 10, cooled in a cooling tank 11, coated with an oil or fat 3 at a prescribed thickness in an oil and fat coating tank 12, covered with a vinyl coating film 2 with an extrusion coating machine 13, etc., transferred to a cooling tank 14, cooled to a temperature to enable the winding operation and continuously wound on a winding drum 15 on a winder 16 to obtain an unbond worked twisted PC steel wire.</p> |
