<p>PURPOSE:To correspond to two types of cassettes respectively having different magnitudes of proper tape tension at tape driving time by making the combined position between a lever and a tension band into the movable one operated by a signal from a cassette discriminating means. CONSTITUTION:The present device is equipped with the discriminating means to discriminate the first and second cassettes respectively having the different magnitudes of the proper tape tension at the tape driving time, a tension arm 1 to control the tension by its rotating motion, a tension band 4 wound around the outer circumference of a supply reel base 6 and combined with the tension arm 1 at its one edge, and a freely rotatable lever 10 combined with the other edge of this tension band 4. Further, under a state in which the first cassette is installed and under another state in which the second cassette is installed, the position of the combined part between the lever 10 and the tension band 4 is changed in the same plane by the signal from the discriminating means. Thus, the two types of cassettes respectively having the different magnitudes of the proper tape tension necessary for driving the tape can be applied.</p> |
