发明名称 SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATION METHOD IN METHANE FERMENTATION TREATMENT OF WASTE WATER
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent a lowering of filtering capacity due to clogging and to secure stable membrane permeating flow velocity by setting the pore size and filtering pressure of an inorg. filter membrane used in a method for the methane fermentation of waste water to specific ranges. CONSTITUTION:The inorg. particles composed of aluminum oxide or silicon oxide used in the solid-liquid separation of the liquid after the methane fermentation treatment of waste water are sintered to prepare a filter membrane having a pore size of 0.05-0.2mum. Further, filtering pressure is set to 0.1-1kgf/cm<2>. Since this inorg. filter membrane perfectly hold anaerobic bacteria such as methane bacteria, a lowering of the filtering capacity of the filter membrane due to the clogging of the filter membrane with a particle component is prevented. Since this filter membrane has a fine pore size increasing permeation flow velocity under low pressure, energy consumption is reduced and stable membrane permeation flow velocity is secured.</p>
