<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an input operation from being executed to a host CPU regardless of the operation of an operator by providing a control circuit to cause a detecting signal from an optical touch panel to the effective or ineffective according to an infrared heat detecting signal from an infrared heat sensor. CONSTITUTION:An infrared heat sensor 1 is provided on a panel main body 2 and outputs an infrared heat detecting signal (a) to detect whether an input from the panel main body 2 is made by a human intervention or not. Namely, when the panel main body 2 is touched, an operating signal (b) is outputted to a control circuit 3 and the infrared heat detecting signal (a) is outputted from the infrared heat sensor 1. Then, the control circuit 3 discriminates whether the input is executed by the human intervention or executed the other substance according to the infrared heat detecting signal (a). When the input is executed by the human, intervention the operating signal (b) is made effective and when the input is executed by the other substance excepting for the human, intervention the operating signal (b) is made ineffective. When the operating signal is judged to be effective, an operating signal (c) is sent to the host CPU.</p> |
