PURPOSE:To decrease layers deteriorated in properties and sliding noises by using an alloy film having a prescribed compsn. in an alloy film part and using ferrite in a back core part. CONSTITUTION:The part near a magnetic gap 3 is constituted of the magnetic alloy film having the compsn. expressed by the formula TaMbXcNd and the other parts of the core part are constituted of Sn-contg. single crystal ferrite. In the formula, T is one kind of the metal selected from the group consisting of Fe, Co and Ni; M from the group consisting of Nb, Zr, Ti, Ta, Hf, Cr, Mo, W, and Mn; X from the group consisting of B, Si and Ge, respectively; a to d indicating atomic per cent are 65<=a<=93, 4<=b<=20, 0<=c<=20, 2<=d<=20, 5<=b+c, a+b+c+d=100. A ferrite substrate 1 is formed as the back core and the alloy film part 2 as the front core inclusive of the magnetic gap 3 face. |
