摘要 The invention relates to a piezoelectric oscillator with frequency regulation in a range of temperatures. It is comprised of: an oscillating circuit including an amplifier (A1) whose output is fed back to the input through a variable capacity element (D1) mounted in series with a piezoelectric crystal (P1); a frequency compensation circuit for compensating the frequency as a function of the temperature, connected to one of the terminals of the variable capacity element (D1) and comprising a main circuit and a complementary circuit. The main circuit provides at the output (20) a main compensation voltage which has a decreasing relative variation when the temperature increases. The complementary circuit is connected between the output (20) of the main circuit and the terminal of the variable capacity element (D1). The complementary circuit has increasing gain in the highest portion of the temperature range. The gain of the compensation circuit is substantially constant in said highest portion of the temperature range. Application to piezoelectric oscillators operating in a wide range of temperatures.
