The checking of the condition of a cutting instrument is effected both on the basis of current amplitude values of vibroacoustic and force signals and on the basis of their increments per time unit. For that purpose in a device for diagnostics of a cutting instrument condition, comprising a vibroacoustic and a force pick-up (1 and 2), two elements for automatic regulation of the level (3 and 4), four memory elements (9, 10, 19, 20), two amplifiers (11, 14), three comparison amplifiers (17, 18, 21), two amplitude detectors (5 and 6), two adders (7 and 8), two high level comparators (12 and 15), a low level comparator (41), a first logic element "AND" (45), an "OR" logic element (47), two indicators (13 and 16), are also introduced two extremum indicating units (24 and 25), two switches (22 and 23), a second, a third, a fourth and a fifth logic elements "AND" (28, 29, 34, 46), four level comparators (26, 27, 32, 33), four comparison units (30 and 31), two peak detectors (36 and 38), a third and a fourth amplifier (35 and 37), a comparator ">0" (44), a comparator " </= 0" (42). |
