PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unnecessitate any special positioning precision at the time of assembly, and to realize manufacture with excellent mass production and at low costs, and to separate a high frequency signal at almost the same level in a wide band. SOLUTION: Two dielectric lines 22 and 23 whose upper and lower faces are interposed are formed between parallel plate conductors 20 and 21 whose interval is <=λ/2 when the wavelength of a high frequency signal is λ, and a conductor layer 24 is interposed between those dielectric lines 22 and 23, and notches 25a and 25b are formed at the upper side and lower side of the conductor layer 24 so as to be extended to the longitudinal direction of the dielectric lines 22 and 23. |
