RELEASE-CONTROLLABLE COMPOSITION FOR AGRICULTURAL CHEMICAL

PURPOSE: A release-controllable composition for agricultural chemicals is prepared by mixing active substance with biodegradable resin and release-control agent then injection molding. The composition prevents and exterminates harmful insects effectively, economically, and simply as controlling release of the active substance. CONSTITUTION: A active substance of composition is continuously released so that it is safe to the crops and has no harmful effects thereon, and its efficacy lasts even after 80 days as the insecticide. The composition comprises 0.1-10 wt.% of agricultural chemical, 40-49.9 wt.% of biodegradable polyester resin, and the powder of release-control agent consisting of more than one compound selected among calcium carbonate, bentonite, pyrophyllite, talc, caolin, plaster, wollastonite, and calcium sulfide.
