PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To communicate information inputted/outputted to/from communication equipment through the use of information stored in an outer storage medium by providing a means installing an outer storage medium storing first information, an input/output means inputting/outputting second information and a communication means for information. SOLUTION: When a contact-type IC card 2 is loaded on a mobile machine 1, CPU 52 is connected to CPU 20 and a radio interface control part 12. Information stored in the contact-type IC card 2 is transmitted to a non-contact-type IC card reader/writer through a radio interface control part 12, a radio rectifying part 14 and an antenna 16 under the control of CPU 52. Sound information inputted through a sound input/output part 18 is transmitted to a mobile communication network through a radio interface control part 26, a radio rectifying part 28 and an antenna 30 under the control of CPU 20. |
