PURPOSE:To obtain a swinging device enabling smooth reciprocation of a reciprocating roller with little impact at the time of turnback. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical cam 12 is provided fixedly at a shaft end 2a of a reciprocating roller 2. A bearing 19 supporting the shaft end 2a is provided with a member having a cam follower 13 which is rotatable, but made immovable in the axial direction. The cam follower 13 engages with a groove of the cylindrical cam 12 and makes the cylindrical cam 12 move in the axial direction. A gear 17 is provided for the member having the cam follower 13. This gear 17 and a gear 14 of the cylindrical cam 12 are rotated in a rotational ratio other than 1.0 by a driving source gear 23 through the intermediary of gears 15 and 16. |
