<p>PURPOSE:To enable efficient treatment by heating the press materials in rotary kilns to the temp. for disassembling, heating metallic materials to be recovered so as to attain the temp. of a brittle region, classifying the discharged metals to be recovered, taking out the metals to be recovered and melting the metals in a melting furnace. CONSTITUTION:The waste gases of the melting furnace 7 are subjected to temp. regulation by a temp. control chamber 10 and are fed in a charging direction from the discharge ports of the rotary kilns 1 to 3, by which the charged press materials are heated. The press materials are disassembled by the falling impact by rotation of the rotary kilns 1 to 3 and the thermal expansion by heating. Next, the metals to be recovered are heated to the temp. of the brittle region, by which the metals are crushed. The metals to be recovered among the metallic materials to be recovered and the metallic materials not to be recovered discharged from the discharge port of the rotary kiln 3 are taken out by a sieve 5b as a classifying means. The taken out metals to be recovered are charged in the melting furnace 7, where the metals are melted; thereafter, the metals are cast into, for example, casting molds and are cast to regenerated ingots.</p> |
