In the longitudinal axis of the winding drum a bar is fitted which locates it on both sides. The bar is connected by means of a screw union with the winding drum (1). A base plate (5) is provided, on which two uprightly arranged blocks (6) can be fixed in different positions. The two blocks provide the bearings for the winding drum. At least one of the bearings is formed by a closable recess on the upper side of one of the blocks. A rod end (2a) is connectable with the chuck of a hand drilling machine, so that the winding drum can be set in rotation by the hand drilling machine. The hand drilling machine is battery-driven (4).
