<p>A valve train pushrod, for an internal combustion engine is disclosed. The pushrod is formed of a hollow rod of continuous, fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composite, having hard end caps bonded to each end. A method of manufacture for the pushrod is disclosed as well.</p> |
