FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: procedure is as follows. Well is stopped. Technological delay is undertaken for levelling pressure in bottom-hole zone of well and oil bed. Pressure is measured in well. Calculated is expected oil bed pressure at concrete point of bed depending on influence of surrounding wells. Operation of wells is changed in compliance with calculated expected bed pressure until reaching bed pressure at concrete point of bed equal to preset value. Duration of technological delay for levelling pressure in bottom-hole zone of well and bed is determined from following ratio: T = A/Kprod., where T - duration of technological delay for levelling pressure in bottom-hole zone of well and bed, day; A - volumetric coefficient of elastic capacity of productive bed, m /MPa; Kprod. - reduced coefficient of productivity, m /day.MPa. Volumetric coefficient of elastic capacity of productive bed is determined from mathematical expression given in description of invention. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
