After the channels (2) are cut in the floor (1), the floor surface covered over with a material (3), e.g. plastic foam and thereafter a track (2) is covered with a heat foil (4). Following this, an installation pipe (5) can be pressed down into a track so that it remains enclosed by the material (3) and the heat foil (4). This procedure can be enacted over the complete floor surface and then a track with a pipe enclosed by a material (3) and a heat foil (4) can be putted over with a heat-conducting mass (6). The final part of the process entails the whole floor being covered with a heat-conducting plate (7), which in turn is covered with a mat (8), which forms the locating surface for a floor material (9). Where a track (2) is milled, it means that the track distance, width and depth can be varied with regard to effect requirement, pipe dimension and pressure drop. |
