PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform work simply, efficiently, and easily handled and enhance the precision of balance correction. SOLUTION: As an adhesive, a moist hot melt adhesive having arm end isocyanate group and a softening point higher than 40 deg.C is used. As a mixture, rock powder or metal powder is used. Depending on the functions required for application region, it is selected adequately by considering the specific gravity and the amount of mixture and treated with silane-based, aluminum-based, titanium-based or zirconium-based coupling agent, and blending is made with a moist hot, melt adhesive of 100 weight part: and mixture of 1 to 3000 weight part. They can be manufactured for lightweight, middleweight and heavyweight uses depending on the specific gravity and the amount of the mixture to be blended, and middleweight type is suited as a tire balance weight material for automobile. Based on the balance measurement data by a tire balance measuring equipment A, the tire balance weight material of a predetermined amount is coated to a predetermined portion of a disc wheel D. |
