PURPOSE: A dielectric layer structure of a plasma display device capable of reducing a manufacturing process and a material cost by forming a dielectric layer which improves transmissivity of a visible ray is provided. CONSTITUTION: The dielectric layer structure of a plasma display device, the structure comprising: a dielectric material paste formed at a front substrate of a panel for forming a dielectric layer, the dielectric material paster having a first glass powder wherein a melting point of the first glass powder is lower than a reference temperature, and a second glass powder wherein a melting point of the second glass powder is higher than the reference temperature, the reference temperature of the first or second glass powder is 500¯600°C.
