CONTROL APPARATUS AND ITS METHOD OF A SR MOTOR

PURPOSE: A control apparatus and a method of SR(Switched Reluctance) motor are provided to be capable of reducing a current following error according to the non-linearity the inductance and back electromotive force of the SR motor. CONSTITUTION: A current detector(41) detects the current(ik) flowing in a stator coil. A rotating angle detector(42) detects the rotating angle(theta) of a rotor. An angular velocity detector(43) detects the angular velocity(omega) of the rotor. A current controller(44) generates a non-linear voltage control signal(vk) given by a mathematical expression and a modeling error voltage control signal(vki) given by a mathematical expression on the basis of the current(ik) flowing in the stator coil, thereby controlling the current(ik) flowing in the stator coil. A pulse width modulation type inverter(45) supplies the voltage control signal(vk) to the stator coil of the SR motor.
