PURPOSE:To obtain a semiconductor stack, used for various power converters, in which the prescribed pressure contact force of a semiconductor element is obtained easily and precisely and which is compact. CONSTITUTION:A series of stack components including semiconductor elements 3 is sandwiched from both sides by plate springs 11a, 11b so as to be fixed by a plurality of clamping bolts 9 which have been installed at corner parts of the plate springs. By measuring the flexure amount of the plate springs by means of a gage, the prescribed pressure contact force of the semiconductor elements 3 is ensured. |
