PURPOSE: A high speed fermentation drying device is provided, which recycles decomposing organic materials for animal feed and fertilizer and increases working efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The high speed fermentation drying device is characterized in that a drying treatment and a fermenting treatment is sequentially performed in a separated room, (2) and (3), respectively, and optionally a fermentation-drying room(5) is positioned between (2) and (3), and a preheating room(4) is positioned in front of (2) depending on the applicable use. Each room is to be closed and a closed delivering system(6) is installed between (2) and (3), (4) and (2), (2) and (5), and (5) and (3). The condensed water from the decomposition materials is exhausted and waste heat from the condensation is recycled or a heating source of (3) and (4).
