PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To take in the user of high purchase will and to improve the purchase will of the other users by selecting the user of a high purchase result and supplying special service only to the selected user. SOLUTION: An electronic commerce system is provided with a server performing commercial transaction with a plurality of users, a point bestowal part giving a point to the user in accordance with the content of the transaction when transaction is realized with one of a plurality of users and a point accumulation part which sequentially accumulates the given points by associating it with the user. The server supplies special service only to the user whose accumulation points exceeds a previously decided threshold.
