The centerlines of the towers (14) pass through center (A) so that their openings are correctly oriented to receive the items (1) sitting on the platform (36). The platform (36) is held by a block (40), mounted around a vertical shaft so that it can be moved vertically to service the various levels of towers (14). Items to be placed into the chamber, or those that have been removed from it, sit on platform (34) outside the chamber. |
