PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen flame-retardant covered wire that can satisfy abrasive resistance, flame resistance, oil resistance and flexure resistance, is light in weight and can be thinned, even when it is used as a thin covered wire for an automobile. SOLUTION: The insulation cover layer of this covered wire comprises a first layer directly abutting on a conductor and a second layer arranged outside the first layer. In this case, the first layer is formed of a flame retardant polyolefin resin composition, having a Shore D hardness of less than 60 and an oxygen index 24 or larger, the second layer is formed of a polyolefin resin composition having a Shore D hardness of 60 or larger, and the thicknesses of the first and second layers are equal to or more than 30 μm and 65-150 μm, respectively. |
