PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact IC card which is superior in processing workability and connection reliability at a low cost. SOLUTION: This non-contact IC card capable of sending and receiving a signal to and from an external device in a non-contact state is equipped with a card body, an IC module provided in the card body by sealing an IC chip with resin, and an antenna coil provided in the card body. An antenna connection part of the IC module and a connection part of the antenna coil is connected with a conductive adhesive agent.
