PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve local deterioration of a living environment of a surrounding area even if noise of an automobile becomes large, and a quantity of exhaust gas increases by an increase in climbing resistance in a climbing road such as grade separation. SOLUTION: This grade separation A is composed of a plane road 1, an elevated road 2 straddling an upper part by crossing with the plane road 1, and a wind tunnel body 4 arranged on the climbing road 20 of the elevated road 2. The wind tunnel body 4 has natural lighting performance, and has opening parts 40 and 41 in front and in rear. A guiding surface 42 is arranged in a ceiling part on the exit side opening part 41 side so as to incline further upward to a road surface of the climbing road 20. Air blowing fans 5 are arranged at required intervals in the ceiling part inside the wind tunnel part 4. A heat insulating material 6 is stretched over an inner wall surface of a side part except for the ceiling part of the wind tunnel body 4. A sound absorbing material 7 is stretched over an inside surface of the heat insulating material 6, and air cleaners 8 and heaters 9 are also arranged.
