PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform installation and separation to columns, and provide a measure against a noise problem at work in an end part fixing device of a plastic light transmissive plate in a soundproof wall. SOLUTION: The adjacent H-shaped cross-sectional columns 20 are arranged so that the cross-sectional U-shaped channels 22 are opposed. The transparent plate 10 is arranged between these opposed columns 20. An end part of the transparent plate 10 is introduced into the channels 22. Fixing metal fittings 24 are arranged in the end part of the transparent plate 10. The fixing metal fittings 24 are composed of a pressing member 26 oppositely movable to a channel side wall 20-2, a spring 32 for urging the pressing member 26 so as to abut on a cross-sectional U-shaped channel side wall of the opposed columns, and a restricting member 28 fixed to a frame body 12 of the transparent plate 10, and restricting the pressing member 26 so as to take a restricting state of being separated from the opposed side wall 20-2 of the cross-sectional U-shaped channels of the columns against elasticity of the spring. The pressing member 26 is driven by a tool such as a spanner, and the pressing member 26 can reversibly take an unrestricted state and the restricting state.
