PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide health sandals which are capable of correcting the arches so as to make the same larger by enhancing the muscular force of the soles and are capable of accelerating the circulation of the blood by stimulating the acupuncture points and reflex areas of the sole. SOLUTION: The health sandals are provided with built-up peak portions 2 contacting nearly the arches of the soles in approximately the central parts in the longitudinal direction on the upper surface of sole plates 1 and the slopes on the front side of the peak portions 2 are provided with further additionally built-up bumps 3 slightly forward of the approximately the central parts in the longitudinal direction on the upper surface of the sole plates 1.
