<p>The present invention pertains to electrotechnical engineering and essentially relates to electrochemical capacitors with a dual electric layer, wherein said invention may be used in the production of devices for accumulating electrical energy. The power of this capacitor is increased since the polarisable electrode is made of a carbon material while the active material of the other electrode contains nickel hydroxide. The surface of the current output of the polarisable electrode is made of a metal that remains stable relative the electrolyte or a carbon medium.</p> |
