<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a mutual information confirmation support system of a fixed point and a fixed point access person capable of improving convenience in an IT information field by smoothly carrying out sound business execution and compensation payment between a service provider and a user. <P>SOLUTION: Mobile-side information apparatuses m1-mn introduce information into a server Sm possessed by a mobile-side enterprise. Fixed point-side information apparatuses I1-In introduce information into a server Sf possessed by a maintenance order-side enterprise. Both the servers Sm and Sf mutually regularly or irregularly execute data matching process for internally-held information. The data matching result is stored in a storage device as an accounting data table T having a format wherein items required for business base data such as a day, time, place and work content are covered.
