<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide components to be mounted in a vehicle chamber. <P>SOLUTION: By the user of a vehicle's operating an input device, the input device receives a sales request and a lending request of interior components from the user, and obtains information regarding the interior components which are required to be mounted in the chamber of the vehicle by the user. Also, the display device of a dealer receives the radio wave from the input device, and displays the sales request, lending request and information. By the dealer's selling the information to a third party, the third party develops and manufactures the interior parts based on the information and supplies them to the dealer. By this, the dealer can sell or lend the interior parts to the user. Also by this, the dealer freely selects the interior components which are sold or lent to the user form among a plurality of kinds of the interior components.
