<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a patient to acquire information necessary for selecting a hospital or a doctor in a cyber-hospital system. <P>SOLUTION: This cyber-hospital system 1 is connected to a plurality of terminals 12, 13 and 14 through an electric communication line 17. The system 1 is provided with: a database 4 for storing information related with a critical path or a medical treatment technique available in a plurality of hospitals; and an information providing system 3 for receiving the information of malignancy associated with a cancer or a tumor of a patient with a medical treatment information provision request from the terminals, retrieving information associated with the critical path or medical technique related with cases whose malignance is at least the same, totaling the information related with the critical path or medical treatment technique retrieved from the database system for each hospital or doctor to prepare a medical treatment result table, and transmitting the medical treatment result table to the terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
