PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating structure for surely preventing the leakage of water from a floor when sterilizing articles stored in a storage chamber with high temperature vapor. SOLUTION: The heat insulating structure A has horizontal heat insulating structural members 1a, 1b and a vertical heat insulating structural member 2 connected to each other to form a space storage chamber b inside. It comprises a corner frame body 3 provides on the floor of the space storage chamber at a joint inner corner portion between the horizontal heat insulating structural member and the vertical heat insulating structural member, a coating layer 4 provided on the floor surface formed by the horizontal heat insulating structural members and on the surface of the corner frame body, and a pushing member 5 provided for pressing the corner frame body from the upper part of the coating layer.
