PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of suppressing heat generation and expansion of a secondary battery when foreign matter penetrates it. SOLUTION: The battery pack 20 comprises a battery laminate 21 with a plurality of thin-type batteries 10 laminated, and a case 22 for storing the battery laminate 21 inside. An upper face 24 and a lower face 23c of the case 22 extended in a substantially perpendicular direction to the laminated direction of the thin-type batteries 10 are composed of conductive members, and the upper face 24 and the lower face 23c are electrically connected to each other through side faces 23a.
