The present invention relates to a water-in-oil emulsified composition containing a sphingosine represented by the following formula (1): <CHEM> (R<1> represents a hydrocarbon group optionally having a substituent; Y represents methylene, methine or O; X<1>, X<2> and X<3> each represent H, OH or acetoxy group; X<4> represents H, acetyl group or the like; R<2>, R<3> each represents H, OH or the like; R represents H, amidino group or the like; and a stands for 2 or 3), (B) a C6-30 fatty acid, and (C) an oil component. This water-in-oil emulsified composition has excellent stability and provides a good feeling to skin upon use. |
