METHOD FOR PROVIDING OF QUICK VIEW SERVICE IN PORTABLE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL

A quick view service method in a mobile terminal is provided to eliminate the inconvenience of using a multimedia message in the case of transmitting a photo to another mobile terminal by sharing quick views of stored photos or moving pictures between many adjacent mobile terminals through short range communication. Taking photos in photographing mode according to a user's key operation, the control part of a transmitting terminal checks whether a key to activate a quick view function is inputted(201,203). If so, the control part enters into quick view mode. At this moment, the control part outputs the lastly photographed photo(205). Then, the control part confirms whether a remote transmission menu is selected(207). If the user selects the remote transmission menu and inputs receiving terminals, the control part establishes a bidirectional communication connection with the receiving terminals through short range remote communication and transmits the presently outputted photo to the receiving terminals(211,213). Then the control part confirms whether an actual photo data request message is received from one or more of the receiving terminals(215).
