An in-vehicle mount type equipment is provided to install a guiding unit and to arrange horizontally each engaging piece of a lock member for guiding a lock releasing member at once, thereby releasing the engaging pieces of a lock member. An in-vehicle mount type equipment comprises a body(2), a lock member(10), a plurality of engaging pieces(13b), and a guiding unit(20). The body is inserted into an opening portion of a receiving unit fixed on the vehicle, to be received at the receiving unit. The lock member is installed at the body to lock the body at the receiving unit. The plurality of engaging pieces is included in an engaging unit fastened with an engaging hook formed at the receiving unit to be elastically deformable and to horizontally arrange each engaging piece. The guiding unit guides a lock releasing member to release the lock of the engaging unit of each engaging pieces by elastically deforming each engaging piece, to be sequentially contacted with each engaging pieces perpendicularly with respect to each engaging piece of the lock member.
