PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a recipient to get an opportunity to select any article on the basis of its own will by generating electronic catalog information to a client terminal on the basis of article information selected by a presenter and catalog layout information and transmitting the location information of that electronic catalog information and certificate information at the time of catalog access. SOLUTION: The previously stored article information and catalog layout information are presented to a client terminal A (S1) and the information of a reference permitted person capable of referring to the article information, catalog information and catalog is acquired (S2). On the basis of the article information and catalog layout information acquired from that client terminal A, the electronic catalog information to be presented to the client terminal A described in the information of the reference permitted person is generated (S3). The electronic catalog information is transmitted on the basis of the location information thereof and the certificate information at the time of catalog access.
