A data slot assignment method for transmitting non-compression AV data, a non-compression AV data transmission method, and an apparatus using the method are provided to improve the transmission efficiency and stability of data when transmitting mass data by wireless. A network adjustor(300) broadcasts the first super-frame including a data slot reservation interval and information about the data slot reservation interval during the first beacon period. The network adjustor(300) receives a frame for requesting a data slot from at least one wireless device which belongs to a network in the data slot reservation interval. The network adjustor(300) transmits a response frame for the frame to at least one wireless device in the data slot reservation interval. The network adjustor(300) broadcasts the second super-frame including a data slot assigned to at least one wireless device during the second beacon period.
