A safety apparatus for automotive slide doors is provided to prevent the slide door from being abnormally closed. A safety apparatus for automotive slide doors comprises an inner handle open lever(10) having a first slide hole(15) in which a child lever connection pin(13) slides in one direction and a second slide hole(17) that is perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the first slide hole, a fixing holder open lever that is provided with a third slide hole parallel to the longitudinal direction of the first slide hole so as to interact with the child connection pin, and a rotary holder open lever that is provided with an insertion hole into which the child connection pin is selectively inserted and that is mounted so as to rotate along the second slide hole when inserted into the insertion hole.
