An optical information recording medium and a display method thereof are provided to write information without interfering with a data recorded area by projecting laser light to a heat emitting layer to thermally deform a reflection layer and a deformation layer. An optical information recording medium(1) includes a recording layer(3) and a half transmission reflection layer(4) sequentially deposited on the opposite surface to the light incident surface of a first light transmitting substrate(2). A heat emitting layer(5), a reflection layer(6), and a deformation layer(7) are deposited consecutively on the half transmission reflection layer.
